Choose the work you want reviewed
- Hedges: trimming, shaping and the height or width you want maintained.
- Garden upkeep: planting-bed tidying, seasonal attention and other tasks you describe.
- Irrigation observations: areas that appear too dry, too wet or unevenly watered. Any repair work needs its own agreed scope.
- Cleanup: tell us whether you need green-waste removal included in the quote.
What to include in your request
- Enter your name, email, phone, city and ZIP code.
- Choose Maintenance or a broader landscape project and your preferred frequency: one-time, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or seasonal. Choose a recommended schedule if you are unsure.
- In Access notes and maintenance tasks, describe the work, hedge height and length, gates, slopes, stairs and parking or access restrictions.
- Use Comment for your main priority. Timing and budget are helpful; plant selections are optional for maintenance.
Email a wide view and close-up photos to hedgesupply@gmail.com with the same name and project city used in the form. You do not need to know plant names to ask for help.
What happens next
- We review your brief: location, tasks, access and route availability.
- We clarify the site: further photos or a site assessment may be needed. Any assessment charge must be agreed first.
- You review a written proposal: included tasks, exclusions, visit frequency, price and scheduling.
- You approve before booking: no automatic subscription or recurring charge begins with this inquiry.
Do you cover my area?
We welcome inquiries from Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Riverside counties, including Palm Springs. Availability depends on your address, project and service route; submitting a request does not guarantee coverage or a date.
Can I change the tasks or visit frequency?
Ask us to review the change before your next agreed visit. Updated work, pricing and scheduling must be confirmed in writing; extra tasks are not automatically included.
Is this the right form for a new landscape?
