How will I know when my plants are coming?
We coordinate the delivery date using the email and phone number supplied with your order. Our own-team deliveries do not have a carrier tracking number. If you need an update, email hedgesupply@gmail.com with your order number.
What should I prepare before delivery?
Keep the agreed unloading area clear. Tell us about gates, narrow roads, stairs, slopes, parking restrictions and large containers before scheduling. Agree any special handling or placement before the delivery date.
Does delivery include planting?
Planting, hauling, irrigation and site preparation are separate services. They are included only when specified in your written project quote. A plant order does not book an installation date.
Can I collect plants from you?
HedgeSupplys.com is an online store. We do not offer customer pickup or operate a walk-in storefront.
What if my delivery is delayed?
If we cannot meet the stated delivery window, we will ask you to agree to a revised date or offer cancellation and a full refund for undelivered items. See our shipping and refund policies for details.
