A useful brief, without the guesswork
- Your contact and location: name, email, phone, city and ZIP code.
- Your goal: choose hedge installation or landscape design. Tell us whether you want more privacy, a new planting layout or a larger garden refresh.
- Your space: approximate hedge length, planting width and desired height. Mention gates, slopes, stairs, existing plants and irrigation.
- Your timing and budget: share a preferred timeframe and an approximate budget if known. In Comment, describe the result that matters most.

Email a wide view of the area, a view along the proposed hedge and any difficult access points to hedgesupply@gmail.com. Use the same name and project city as your form. Include measurements where you have them.
From request to a written plan
- Review: we assess your brief, location and availability.
- Clarify: we may request further photos or arrange an assessment. Any assessment charge must be agreed in advance.
- Quote: your proposal identifies work, materials, exclusions, charges and proposed scheduling.
- Approve: work is booked only after the scope, price and schedule are agreed.
What is included in the plant price?
Listed prices are per plant. Design, installation, removal, hauling, irrigation, amendments and difficult-access work are separate and included only when specified in your written quote. Plant delivery typically takes 2–14 business days; installation has a separately agreed schedule.
Which areas can request a project?
Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego and Riverside counties, including Palm Springs. Availability and access are confirmed for each address. An inquiry does not guarantee a service date.
Can you help care for the garden afterward?
Use our maintenance request page to describe ongoing care or a one-time visit. Services and frequency are agreed separately.
