Know the delivery cost
Local delivery is $40 for orders below $349 and free for orders of $349 or more within eligible delivery ZIP codes. The threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax. Installation is a separate service.
Allow for route scheduling
The stated delivery window is 2–14 business days. We coordinate your date using your email and phone number. If you have a firm project deadline, speak with us before ordering so we can review it with you.
Expect direct updates
Most orders travel with our own team. These deliveries do not have a carrier tracking number. For an update, email hedgesupply@gmail.com and include your order number.
Tell us about access
Before scheduling, flag narrow roads, gates, stairs, slopes, parking restrictions and large containers. Keep the agreed unloading area clear and arrange any special handling or placement in advance. Delivery alone does not include planting or moving plants through difficult access.
Review the plants on arrival
Check varieties, sizes and quantities against your order. Report missing, incorrect or damaged items as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and photos. This reporting request does not remove applicable consumer rights. Read the return and refund policy for the full process.
